educational platform, subscriptions, interview preparation resources, educational content, job listings, or related
services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Educational Purpose Only
The MedRep LLC is an educational and informational platform providing information regarding medical device sales
careers, interview preparation, educational resources, and related informational content.

2. No Guarantee of Employment
The MedRep LLC does not guarantee employment, job placement, interviews, hiring outcomes, compensation levels,
or success in obtaining medical sales positions. The MedRep LLC is not an employer, staffing agency, or recruiting
firm.

3. Subscription Services
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before renewal dates. The MedRep LLC reserves the right to
modify pricing, features, content, or terminate Services at any time.

4. Payments and Billing
Users agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize payment processing through Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or
other approved providers. Accounts associated with failed payments, fraud, or chargebacks may be suspended or
terminated.

5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and educational nature of the Services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. User Conduct and Account Security
Users may not share login credentials, resell account access, redistribute educational materials, or misuse the
Services. Violations may result in permanent termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property
All educational materials, videos, graphics, workflows, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to The
MedRep LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. User-Generated Content
Users grant The MedRep LLC a non-exclusive license to use submitted content in connection with operation of the
Services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties regarding employment outcomes,
accuracy, availability, or results obtained from use of the Services.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The MedRep LLC, JPDK Holding Company LLC, and their owners, managers,
employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, hiring
outcomes, or service interruptions.

The maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of:
- The amount paid by the user during the prior twelve (12) months; or
- $100.00 USD.

11. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Florida. Users waive trial by jury
and participation in class action proceedings.

12. Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The MedRep LLC, JPDK Holding Company LLC, and their
affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from misuse of the Services or violations of
these Terms.

13. Force Majeure
The MedRep LLC shall not be liable for delays, outages, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond its
reasonable control.

14. Reservation of Rights
The MedRep LLC reserves the right to modify pricing, subscriptions, platform features, educational content, or
terminate Services at any time.

15. Electronic Acceptance
By clicking “I Agree,” “Purchase,” “Subscribe,” creating an account, or otherwise accessing the Services, users
acknowledge that electronic acceptance constitutes legally binding agreement to these Terms.

16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

17. Changes to Terms
