Fee: $700 (for single member LLC – additional fees may apply for a multi-member LLC) + applicable state filing fees and expenses
-filing entity formation documents in the appropriate state
-drafting operating agreement
-obtaining Federal Tax ID number
-providing up to a 60-minute phone consultation to review the filing, provide guidance on entity formalities, and answer any additional
Contract Review (includes NDAs)
Fee: flat fee ranges for $250-750 per contract
-legal review of agreement
-providing recommendations and revisions to the agreement
-support the review process until execution
Fee: flat fee range of $500-$1500 depending on complexity of the agreement
-phone consultation to discuss contractual needs
-preparing a complete draft of the agreement for execution
-providing up to 3 rounds of revisions to the agreement draft
General Legal Advising
Fee: all services will be provided on a flat fee basis. For each particular situation, I will provide a free 15-minute phone consultation. If the question can be answered over the consultation, I can provide the guidance but there will be no attorney-client relationship formed. In the event the situation requires a more detailed discussion or solution, I will provide a flat fee quote for the service.
Monthly Outside General Counsel
Fee: Flat monthly fee that varies based upon the program selected (6 or 12 month commitment required).
Includes: (based upon program selected, may include the following)
-unlimited access via phone and email
-corporate minute book maintenance
-no attorney client relationship is formed unless a formal engagement letter is provided
-I require ½ of the legal fees and all filing fees to be paid in advance. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final work product.
